• Inappropriate conduct, behavior or language will result in ejection from the event and surrender of table fees.
• Nothing is to be taped, glued or nailed to walls. Vendor will be held responsible for all costs resulting from damages to venue and shall indemnify and hold harmless Promoter from and against all damages caused by Vendor.
• Vendors are responsible for their areas being free of trash when leaving.
• Vendors may not block or interfere with walkways or other Vendor areas. Walkway space must be maintained in accordance with local Fire Marshal.
• Load-in and load-out times must be adhered to. No early tear downs. Failure to meet load-in and set-up times may result in denial of access without refund of table fees.
• Vendor may not re-sell, rent or sublet their space. No refunds on table fees.
• Abuse of Vendor passes is not tolerated and will result in ejection from the event. Passes are for Vendor and Staff only and are not permitted to be sold. Two passes are issued per Vendor contract, with one additional pass for each table after the first two.
• Security is provided, but the Promoter or Venue are not responsible for any theft or loss. Vendor accepts full responsibility for loss, theft or injury to their person or property during the event. Vendor expressly releases Promoter and Venue from all liability for theft, loss, property damage or bodily injury.
• This is a family event and material of a sexual nature must be discreetly displayed and out of sight of minors. Promoter reserves the right to prohibit offensive displays.
• Sale of weapons is prohibited. All sales must accord with applicable law and Venue rules.
• Vendor shall not sell any items that violate U.S. copyright laws. Bootleg merchandise and gambling games are prohibited. Vendor shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend Promoter and Venue against any claim of copyright violation for merchandise sold or offered for sale by Vendor.
• Vendor shall obtain any licenses or permits required by state, local or federal law. Vendor understands that New York State requires you to collect and pay taxes on all sales within NY. Vendor is required to have NYS Tax ID displayed or purchase a temporary one.
• Soliciting of any artist, vendor, fan or celebrity is prohibited and can result in ejection without refund.
• If electricity is needed, Vendor must notify Promoter in advance. Promoter or Venue will give Vendor a price quote for set up.
• Promoter reserves the right to terminate this Contract for its own convenience, before or during the event, at its sole reasonable discretion.
• Promoter has full discretion in interpretation & enforcement of all Contract terms and conditions contained herein.
• Vendor must submit a hand signed copy of this Contract before setup.
• Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Promoter of and from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or relating to Vendor’s activities, including but not limited to any breach by Vendor of any agreements, covenants, promises, laws, or other obligations under this Contract.
