Shipping & Policies

 

   IN-STORE PICKUP

In-Store Pickup is always available durning Normal Business Hours.  Any item not picked up within 30 days will be placed back in stock and subject to a 10% restocking fee.  If special arrangements need to be made, please call ahead.

 

usps.png  DOMESTIC SHIPPING - USPS

Shipping rates are size and weight-based. The size (if oversized) and weight of the item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights over 13 ounces are rounded up to the next full pound.

Notification of your shipment and any available tracking numbers will be e-mailed to you as soon as items complete the packing, and shipping process. At this point, your shipment will be waiting for the shipping carrier to pick up your package at our warehouse.

All USPS Priority Mail shipments come with free Delivery Confirmation. Delivery Confirmation is NOT an active tracking mechanism, It simply just includes a confirmation scan upon shipping and another scan upon delivery.   Signature Confirmation will be added free of charge to shipments totaling more than $100. You can waive Signature Confirmation by including a note in the Comments section during Checkout, but you assume all liability in doing so.   Signature Confirmation can be added to any USPS Priority Mail shipment valued at less than $100. To add this service is $2.00 per shipment, which would be added to your total during processing. To request this service, add a request to the Comments section during Checkout.

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International (under four pounds and under $100), Priority International, (both approximately 1-3 weeks, depending on destination) or Express Mail International (at a higher cost, but including insurance, tracking and faster delivery time, usually 6-10 days.) There is no tracking provided with First Class shipping, and the customer assumes all liability for lost/damaged packages traveling to non-U.S. destinations using these services. If you are concerned about being covered for loss/damage, PLEASE choose USPS Express Mail International.

You are responsible for any and all import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. Foxprowl Collectables is not responsible for these charges. Certain products may have restrictions or other regulations that may prohibit delivery to your country. IMPORTANT: Please contact your local customs department for more information. We will not mark an item as "gift".

 

icon-return.png   RETURNS POLICY

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button, or email us directly with your request. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We will pay the return shipping cost if the return / exchange is a result of our error such as a defect / damage or an error in filling your order. If the purchase is being returned for any other reason than those previously stated, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges, including those to return the item(s) to us. Refunds will be the purchase price minus any applicable shipping charges.

ALL order cancellations and/or returns (not due to an error on our part) will be assessed a minimum 10% cancellation/ restocking fee. High-dollar items ($100+) and orders that are cancelled after they have already entered processing are subject to a higher cancel/restock fee of up to 25%. This is mainly because we have to pay the vendor for your item whether you end up purchasing it or not. The minimum cancel charge is $3.00.   NEW unopened merchandise may be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of purchase, but the cancellation / restocking fee (as outlined above) applies. Shipping charges for these returns are the responsibility of the customer. ALL returns require pre-authorization. Please do not send back items without contacting us first, as we will have no idea why we are receiving the goods. Unopened item returns MUST be received in new, sellable condition in order for you to receive credit.

You should receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (4 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

All sales are final on vintage / used merchandise. Email any questions or concerns first before ordering.

095738-simple-red-glossy-icon-signs-nosign.png We do not accept Credit Cards, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Personal Checks or Company Checks as payment, unless directly pre-authorized by us. Contact us if you need to request this.

credit-card-icon.png Any Credit Card Payments will be verified through phone contact.  You must provide a valid contact phone number or the order will be declined. Items purchased with a Credit Card can be held for up to 20 days before shipped.  This will ensure verification of the validity of the credit card to prevent fraud.  Any Chargebacks received from a Credit Card purchase will be immediately turned over to authorties and prosecuted.

nys-tax.png Foxprowl Collectables will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within New York state, Including In-store Pickup.
